Relief from musculoskeletal disorders

Physiotherapy and rehabilitation is a process. Sometimes finding the cause of the problem and the appropriate treatment requires a bit of detective work. If the problem has been present for some time, months or years, the tissues and nervous system need time and long-term work to rehabilitate.

During the first visit, a physiotherapeutic examination is performed, meaningful treatment goals are defined for the client, a rehabilitation plan is made and suitable home exercises are tried.

During the second visit, the rehabilitation plan is specified if necessary, therapeutic exercises are guided, advice and guidance are offered for pain management, and the client receives an exercise program to take home.

In physiotherapy for musculoskeletal disorders, the aim is to use specific exercises to revitalize nerves and muscles, strengthen the muscles around the joints and, if necessary, correct incorrect positions that may be the cause of the problem. In the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, pain is often present and training begins with light exercises. In physiotherapy, we work together to find non-drug pain management methods that are suitable for the client. When the pain begins to subside, the exercises are gradually made more difficult in an ascending manner. In terms of tissue healing, it is very important to find the right dosage of exercise and to commit to both cooperation with the physiotherapist and independent exercise.

Follow-up visits ensure the correct technique for performing the exercises, guide the ascending exercise, monitor progress and, if necessary, ensure that other areas that may affect the original pain and general health are in balance. We increase diverse exercise and promote balance, mobility, endurance, lifestyle and sleep quality. We strive to prevent the recurrence of pain and pain as well as other adverse changes in health.
